I'll probably be kinda slow with my tags for the next few days, I've come down with the flu and it's leading to concentration problems, so while I'll still be around I'll not be quite as fast as usual and I'm also a little concerned about my tags not making sense ha ha. I'm having a few confidence issues with Izaya's voice atm anyway so this gives me some time to read through the canon again!

It shouldn't be more than a few days hopefully but I thought I'd give you all a heads up.

Hello I'm linlin and I'm new to haven! With me I'm bringing Conner Kent (aka Superboy) from the cartoon series Young Justice! For those that don't know him, he's Superman's clone! Unlike Superman, he can't really fly or use heat/x-ray vision. He can jump tall buildings though, and he's got infrared vision!

He's post episode seven ("depths") from the second season. (I DON'T REALLY WANNA GIVE ANYTHING AWAY, BUT FOR THOSE WHO KNOW, yeah... ) He's a little less angry with the world than he was in the first season, but he'll still glare and be as distant as he can with people he doesn't know/trust. But at least he doesn't really have anymore father issues?? Anywhoos, he'll be staying in apartment #3.002!

Hey Folks! I'm Nammah. Some of you might know me from a few other games before this-like Hellpointe, Scorched, and other places.

Anyhow, this is my first time bringing this guy, Glenn in game. He's pretty useful guy, but in no way a leader. He's going to be side eying a few of you guys. Just a little bit.

Thankfully he's a half full glass kind of person.  He'll be coming from just the end of season one, where everything goes down in a handbasket.

If you wanna meet up with him, he'll be waking up in room 2.003. I also have plurk, which goes under the name of nammah.

'Sup, Haven! I'm Duski and I'll be bringing in Maka Albarn from the animanga Soul Eater. More specifically she'll be coming in after chapter 82, after their mission in Russia.

I'm always kind of terrible at these character summaries in intros, but I guess all that most people need to know is that she's a friendly bookworm who can kick ass with a scythe. Along with her partner Soul, they hunt down corrupted souls and the like. Speaking of! She can also see and sense souls; I... don't have a permissions post for this, since I usually just poke someone oocly when it comes up, but it's definitely something to note anyway! That all said, she'll be staying in apartment #3.002 as well.

His name is Soul Eater and he comes from the manga of the same name. And before you ask, yes, he does eat souls. Only the bad ones though! It's not like he goes around stealing souls willy-nilly and chowing down! No, no, he's a cool guy. Doesn't do things like that. Anyway! He'll be living in apartment #3.002.

Oh, one more thing! He's also the weapon partner of Maka Albarn. And when I say weapon partner I mean he's the actual weapon. Soul is a human being who can physically turn into a scythe. He does this:

No, but seriously. He's a really laid back guy, a bit of a troll, and the best bro you will ever have. Unless you mess with his Meister. Beause he'll kick you in your face if you mess with her.

HAVEN'S FIRST EVENT IS OFFICIALLY OVER!

As the dawn breaks and any survivors are left standing amid the corpses of their fellows, the hospital doors suddenly open and let in that rolling fog once more. Again, helpless, every character is falling into a deep slumber.

Just like that, all characters are awakening in their own beds again. The paranoia and fear has gone to leave them clear-headed again. Any character who died will have a vague recollection of the scent of copper and the sound of a moving train. All other characters will have a dreamless sleep.

Any character reviving, or who have been injured, will retain their wounds at a greatly healed rate, as though they have received medical care and have been healing for two weeks (so deep gashes are mostly closed, etc). The extent of any left-over injuries will be left to player discretion.

I want to say a big thank-you to all the players who helped to make Haven's first event happen. I hope you enjoyed it even half as much as I did.

-> OTHER NEWS

-> Having received some feedback about the pacing of the event, I am now addressing this officially. The game will continue to remain in a one IC day = one OOC day format, but all future events will be spaced out and staggered to be easier to keep up with. I hope this assuages any fears about the pace of this event.

-> A reminder that havenmemes can be used by anyone. The only meme that can only be posted by a moderator is the HMD. All other memes, including CR ones, can be posted at any time without approval.
