Hello again, Haven! I'm jessi and I've been here before once upon a time but we don't need to talk about that really.

Anyway, I'm bringing in Noki from the manga DOGS: Bullets & Carnage this round! She's a very tiny, very young, very hard to kill terror who likes to shoot at people a lot because it's fun and who doesn't like to play a game of tag with a lot of bullets involved? I mean really. Her favorite foods include pastas and pizza, she enjoys leaving trails of blood in her wake, and her favorite person is her twin sister who didn't get her app in this round, and Noki's going to be really unhappy about that.



She'll be staying in room #1.002. I'd say I'm sorry but I'm not really.

'sup, Haven! I'm Livia and bringing you Heine Rammsteiner from DOGS: Life is suffering Bullets & Carnage!

He's your usual asshole with his own agenda. He has this Kerberus Spine which gives him a nice handful of enhancements, and there's this dog inside of it that has a habit of controlling Heine, and constantly urges to come out and play, and really, it's not a good thing all around. But back onto topic, those enhancements boost up his speed, strength in his hands or teeth or anything really, and his injuries heal over time. He also has a huge fear of women and will nope right out if they get too close. (He can still talk and that's a great thing but really he's an asshole anyway so why bother??)

Basically, Heine is an order of McDouchebag with a large side of pessimistic-fries.

His name is Kozmotis Pitchiner and he's older than the moon by a lot.

Who is he and why is it hilarious to have him here?

Well, he's the guy Pitch was before the who... becoming the embodiment of Fear and accidentally an entire intergalactic civilization (that wasn't an accident.) so there's bound to be some amazing levels of WTFery going on and generalized horrenous trainwrecks to be had by all!

He's the polar opposite of that guy and is the most serious guy ever with a soft spot for anyone under the age of 18 and a degree in stubbornness.

Also, GoC/RotG is pretty much "We're not saying it was aliens, but it was aliens." The Canon.

Badou is, to put it simply, a loud-mouthed and somewhat cowardly PI who attracts trouble like it's his second job. He also smokes. A lot. As in constantly. Let's just say that it keeps him calm. And if you ever see him around without a cigarette in his mouth, you should avoid him because without a steady nicotine intake he becomes rather easy to annoy and is like....98.7% more likely to shoot you. Anyways, he'll be living in apartment #3.001. /waves at roomies

Hello, Haven. My name is Seiko and I guess I know a few of you here and I got super jelly that I wasn't part of the fun here but it took me forever to figure out who to bring in. Unlucky for everyone here, it's this guy: Ragna the Bloodedge from Blazblue. He's kind of an asshole, calls people names a lot, and is pretty hotheaded, impulsive, doesn't (want to) like you, the list continues. He does have another side to him, of course, but he's definitely going to clash heads with lots of characters (even those he cares about), so I hope some of you enjoy that kind of CR!

Oh yeah, he also is scared shitless of ghosts. NBD here, he's sure.Those aware of his canon, he'll be coming from Continuum Shift at the start of his faceoff with Mu-12 (true ending).
