Hello Havenites!

Due to the anniversary event spanning almost the whole of September, the decision has been made not to hold an app round in September. That means that after the next app round in August, there won't be one until October. This is because the logistics of having new characters arrive during the planned event doesn't quite work out.

So if you, or any friends you know who are interested in joining, want to be in the game in time for the anniversary spectacular then the August round is your last chance to do it. I will repeat this announcement in the monthly mod post for August so that it remains pinned for the month.

I'm off to Italy, dear friends, and the opera program coordinators tell me that the wifi is spotty at best, so I'll be putting my boys on hiatus. That means that Doumeki Shizuka (monsterepellent,) Agent Phil Coulson (super_nanny,) and this goober right here (fortunefavored,) will be disappearing for the duration of my leave.

Hi, Haven! Just dropping a note here to let you all know that I'm going to be on hiatus for the month of August, which means Bill here won't be around. I'll be traveling to/in Australia from the 1st to the 21st, and then after that I have work things that will need taking care of. While I won't be completely unavailable, it might take me a while to get back to pings if I'm needed anywhere.

I'm going to try to wrap some threads between now and Friday, but if anything is left unfinished, I'll be happy to pick up where we left off when I get back or handwave the rest of the thread. Just let me know.

Hi Haven, this is Kaye just sliding in to say that I'll be dropping Estelle. As much as I love the game, I just haven't been able to work up the energy necessary for two characters. Apologies to people I still had ongoing threads with, especially the ones I had just tagged on the recent intro log. I wasn't able to respark my interest for Estelle as I'd hoped. Thank you to everyone who's ever tagged her though, it's been a blast! If anyone would like to continue anything, feel free to let me know, and I'll also still be here with Rachel. You can't get rid of me quite just yet!
