And to answer your question: most of the time they are posted public initially. Sometimes if I have RL obligations that will keep me busy up until they are due to be posted, I will pre-post them admin only so they are ready to change to public in seconds. But regardless of that, the AC is posted on the first of the month, every month.

Clarification, please: I was on hiatus for two weeks since I was really busy with some major back-to-back events (hosting out-of-town guests, family trip, starting a new semester). Do I still need to provide threads totaling to 30, or can I have them total to 12 as per half requirements?
