HMD

It's time for the HMD, Havenites.

For feedback on the characters you play, just post a comment here and other players will respond. Useful things to include in your comment are: character name, canon and how long they've been in Haven, as well as any specific notes you might want feedback on. Although the HMD is not mandatory for this game, it is highly encouraged.

While it's always nice to get praise, try not to spam the meme with 'I LOVE YOU' comments. Leaving positive criticism is definitely allowed, but try to frame it as: 'I like this about the character because of...'. This is the same for constructive criticism; comments of just 'YOU SUCK' help no-body. Try to back up criticism with examples and keep the tone polite. Similarly, when responding to criticism, try not to dismiss it out of hand.

Anonymous is enabled, and if there are any problems then please PM the mod account and they'll be taken care of ASAP.

First of all, I'd like to say that I think your Lightning is spot on and I love stalking her. However, there is a small piece of crit I'd like to give you. I've noticed that your tags can be very short and make it hard to continue a discussion; while Lightning isn't the most conversational of characters, having a bit in brackets about voice tone, action or thought can make it easier to respond. I'd love to have more CR with her, but sometimes find it a little tricky to know how to reply.

Sorry, I realized I might be vague. I didn't mean to lengthen her dialogue, I know Lightning is to the point, but the tags in general were a little short and could use more description of tone, etc.

Ahaha, this is exactly what I told Ringo-mun that I was concerned about. I try to do that when I can, but a lot of the time it feels like I'm being redundant. (Like, between the icon and what's being said, the tone's a given, and I don't want to sit there and state the obvious because then I look silly. ahaha)

I do notice that I forget to add body language or facial expressions in video threads sometimes, and I've been keeping an eye on that to be a little more useful in those. ahaha.

Either way, I'll keep this in mind and work on it! o7 Thanks for the feedback.
