raid groups!

Hey everyone, here are the groups for the upcoming Haven raid. The raids will be taking place on Thursday, September 25th with the next mingle, and all three raids will be happening at the same time. Now that another store has been revealed and discovered, there will be three raids happening instead of just two.

Store Groups
These groups will be in charge of trying to get through the stores while their defenses are down in the hopes of learning more about Haven.

Haven West Store

Pyramid Head Group
This group will be in charge of distracting and drawing Pyramid Head away from the entrance while the store groups head in. They'll also be covering for anyone who makes it out of the store. Everyone will be told to disengage as soon as the store groups are in, since PH cannot be killed.

WEST: GROUP 2

Hey, Group 2 of Haven West's store members!

Zohra here is a raid veteran (fourth raid now, yo), so he'll definitely be wanting to brief everyone on what to expect, especially if they haven't been on a raid before. Things he'd go over before the raid starts would include the following:

- if you see someone you love, THEY'RE (PROBABLY) NOT REAL and you should kill them or at least let someone else do it for you
- everyone, give permission to be killed if you end up brainwashed okok
- blah blah don't let hallucinations in general get to you, etc.
- store can change interior to whatever it wants—of people's homes, other parts of Haven, etc.

He'll also want to get a rundown of everyone's abilities (especially if they've got any resistances so the others know... what not to do to try and kill you if you get brainwashed...)! Zohra's a physical combat fighter + magic (mostly of the offensive variety), for reference.

Morgan will be giving the okay to be killed in case of brainwashing... if Zohra's lucky, he can collect all the Morgan kills B)

In regards to hallucinations of loved ones or even team members, Morgan will suggest that maybe they should have super secret passwords in times of doubt... like BUTTERMILK or something idk

Axl's been on one other raid, so he has a good idea what to expect this time around. He is totally okay with blowing up anything resembling people he is close to (at least, from home. It might be a different story with human Havenites he knows.) and equally okay with anyone killing him if he gets brainwashed it already happened before, what's another death on top of that?

For everyone's reference, Axl is a long range combat specialist since he wields dual pistols. On top of that, he has jets in his leg armor that allows him to dash and hover. But his biggest strength is in his transformation ability which grants him access to unlimited transformations provided he gets the DNA core of the Reploid in question. Since there are no other Reploids in Haven, he's restricted to the eight he came into Haven with, all of whom have very unique abilities one can fire a giant ass laser even.

He is also a robot so normal hand-to-hand combat that isn't backed up with excessive strength or magic will not do much to him.

But this is all assuming he gets his armor back. If he doesn't.... he only has his transformation ability and it won't even be that effective because his energy gauge will drain too fast to do any heavy damage.

Does anyone know if characters will have a chance to recoup anything that was taken from them before the raid...

OH YEAH I should mention Morgan's actual specs...

Physically, he's a normal squishy human, but he's resourceful and has lots of weapon options!! Primarily his sword, then his magic tomes (varying levels of fire, wind, and thunder), a couple of almost-certainly-useless Zohra spells, then as a last resort, a pistol with magically piercing bullets looted off a guard. He won't actually mention this pistol unless he absolutely has to, though.

... And actually yeah I don't know if they're getting their weapons back by raid time, so if not then... JUST A SHOTGUN AND A PISTOL he barely knows how to use, sorry raid friends

HELLO RAID FOLKS this is Yuyuko's first raid kladsfjghaklgha. She won't really know what to expect but will go wherever the others want her to, they know better.

Uhhhhhh in terms of combat she's also a mixed magic/physical fighter. She usually fights with war fans but since idk if they're geting their weapons back she can also use katana and wakizashi for basic stuff. Her magic stuff is danmaku, basically energy bullets that pack a really, really strong punch. If you get hit with them it feels like the wind getting knocked out of you, and over four or so hits can debilitate someone p badly. BUT dodging is the key and if you manage to do that there's no ill effect. Along with a million other variables blah blah spellcard rules but those are the basics.

WEST: GROUP 2

Group two here, but would you like a communication line/healing slug? I mean, it might possibly have links with Pyramid Head group too but given that Tsunade can summon a giant slug who can divide into miniature hivemind portions for information gathering/healing people remotely with her chakra, it might be useful to take along. The slug is also ridiculous durable and can spit acid, so you don't need worry about it getting hurt.

This is Aoba's first raid!! He's also physically a normal squishy human, but he isn't bad in a normal squishy human fight, plus he can do some cool shit with his voice! Though that usually comes at the cost of terrible migraines so he's basically just another body to carry things... he's good at running at least! Chances are if he sees someone he loves, he won't be able to kill them. He'll be reluctant to give permission to be killed because what the fuck, but understanding of it!

sup guys, Clear has never been on a raid before nor has he ever faced pyramid head or anything remotely close to it, tbh. but in case anyone is curious about his abilities so you can order him around, here's the short version:

- he's a cyborg! so he's super fast and strong, even though he might not look it
- he still has his key lock, so any physical injuries will repair itself unless it's something major like getting his arm chopped off or getting... chopped in half...
- his singing voice has the ability to calm people or bring them back from being brainwashed, can also help people focus

i'm honestly up for anything! he'd be comfortable with providing a distraction/covering people and even taking on PH himself, though he might whine about that cause i mean. it's pyramid head. 8(

Noire's never wanted to face Pyramid Head but hi, new robot comrade-- sadly, she's very fleshy, but she's one hell of an archer (if she gets her bow and arrows back) and she can use magic (if she borrows a tome from either of the Morgans), and she's learned hand-to-hand combat, which is not going to help against Pyramid Head at all, so uh.

She's at least heard about what this thing can do, so she'll be encouraging DISTRACT NOT KILL because who can even kill it-- if she loses her temper and charges it, feel free to smack her.

Rock Lee's in this group now too! He's both intimated and determined at the idea of facing Pyramid Head. He would probably have to be directed against doing anything too suicidal.

Would this distracting group like a line of communication/a possible healing medium? Since Rock Lee is in this group, Tsunade is v. interested into making sure they escape with their lives and because of that she can afford to spare him a miniature Katsuyu clone. Katsuyu basically has a mind link with both Tsunade and other slugs she summons and can take Tsunade's chakra to heal others. If Katsuyu is big enough, she can also suck in others to protect them but you're probably not going to get a slug that big unless requested, sorry.

New Store Group 2

Beast Boy has been in a few of these things and his general advice now is to ignore all hallucinations, to stick together if everyone's still in their right minds, aaaaand unfortunately, to ditch someone ASAP if Yao takes control of them! It's really pretty much impossible to break them out, and it's more important that some people survive! This is kind of just luck of the draw since Beast Boy happened to be the one attacking his group last time, unfortunately.

He is going to have a personal talk with Nadia before they do anything, he thinks.

Anyway, Beast Boy's abilities are of course to turn into any animal he's ever seen!

Your healer/medic checking in here! Raine's good with hands on technology detail as well. Just as long as she has warnings about those hallucinations she should be okay. I'm not sure if her magic could be used to dispel any mind control effects (I'll have to read up properly on what happened during the last raid(?)), but if it's an impossible thing she'd understandably follow what's the more practical route for the group survival and success of the mission.

PYRAMID HEAD GROUP 2

But yeah, just a quick re-hash of Ozai's abilities are

- firebending
- lightningbending
- general martial arts

While he's never faced Pyramidhead before, he's been learning about him and may attempt to try and take charge.

so!!! Tsuna has some really weird powers/attacks and they're all a pain to talk about, but I'll sum up the main ones very vaguely. please use your imagination to fill in the rest

- hyper dying will: some random enhanced state, which makes him stronger + hyper aware of stuff. bonus funny-lookin' flame on his head
- vongola hyper intuition: ehhhhh it'll let him see through illusions and lies sometimes. and also intentions. sometimes.
-his vongola gear: his gloves... gauntlets... arm thruster thingies... THEY LET HIM FLY AND DO FIRE PUNCHES bam bam! also random fire lion cub
- x-burner/xx-burner/etc-burner: powerful blast and it looks something like this. the blast is from one hand, but it's so powerful he has to use the blast from his other hand to stabilize himself (orrrrr something)
- a bunch of other flying/blast attacks & some decent hand-to-hand combat skills
- ZERO POINT BREAKTHROUGH: the most important one for this fight!! BASICALLY it lets him freeze things (including people). but it's not ordinary ice! the ice he uses can only be melted by dying will flames (and he's the only one left in Haven who has that). I'll have to doublecheck with Blue if that'll still fly, but at the very least we can slow Pyramid Head down some

But Cheriour is an angel! He may not have his sword, but he has magical abilities, including:

-holy fire
-small miracles
-general ability to fight and fight well
-flying with wings
-teleporting

He won't be fighting much, since he's more of a sword fighter, but he'll be helping out as much as he can!

Haven North Store Group one

So this is baby's Glitch's first raid. He won't be running the show for group one since, ha, like he knows anything about this. Reluctantly, he will listen to the people who have more experience with this stuff. He will want all the details though as to what to expect.

Power details include, electrokinesis, electromagnatism, and electrical immunity. Other than that he's pretty squishy as a human, oh and if you get him soaking wet his powers short out for a bit...so don't do that.

WEST: GROUP 1

Tsunade is definitely going to summon Katsuyu to give everyone a mind link/healing factor as they explore and raid the place. Tsunade will most likely be crushing/smashing things and will not hesitate to kill anyone who gets in the way of the mission. #ninjalife. That said, if you were assigned to the team, she'll most likely opt to knock you out into a medical state of suspension so you aren't dead because it's better to be alive than dead.

Tsunade also functions (along with Sakura) as a walking battery to power up your attacks to extreme, ridiculous functions. So if you have a basic fireball spell, we can boost it to an SUV sized flying inferno.
